Why you should Embrace Rejection


If you want to Craft the Future – you need to embrace rejection. I want to change the way you think and feel about rejection, because your lives will be improved, you will experience personal growth and you will have more impact.


Richard has lived in Krakow since 1991. He identifies as European, Polish, a Krakowian, British, a citizen of the world, a TEDx-er, an immigrant, father, and as business and social entrepreneur. He has started more than 30 businesses in Poland, the UK and USA, and currently employs more than 600 people. He has started many initiatives promoting entrepreneurship: notably CAMentrepreneurs, Krakow Enterprise Mondays, Open Coffee Krakow, and the Project Kazimierz Podcast. He is an OMGKRK Ambassador.

He teachers entrepreneurship courses and workshops in schools, universities and business schools, most recently at the Judge Business School at Cambridge University. He was responsible for the “Wojtek the Soldier Bear” movement and the Wojtek Statue in Kraków’s Park Jordana – for which the Polish Government awarded him a Pro Memoria medal. He has been involved in TED and TEDx events since 2009, is the Curator and Founder of TEDxKazimierz and is committed to the TED mission of spreading great ideas”
